This application is designed to cater to private landowners seeking to conveniently store information about their land parcels, including maps and other relevant data, on their smartphones or tablets for easy access and navigation. Additionally, the app is tailored for professionals in real estate, precision agriculture, and forestry sectors.

The app features a built-in NTRIP client that facilitates connectivity with a GNSS receiver via Bluetooth and CORS - reference GNSS stations through the internet, ensuring centimeter-level GPS accuracy with RTK corrections.

Location data, such as latitude and longitude, is sourced from two distinct channels. Utilizing the smartphone's built-in GPS receiver provides coordinates with an accuracy ranging between 1 to 3 meters, suitable for general navigation. Conversely, an external GNSS receiver with RTK correction capability offers GPS coordinates accurate to one centimeter, crucial for precise demarcation of land parcel boundaries.

The app operates on the premise of making cadastral data, primarily coordinates, accessible to users via their country's geoportal online. While direct access to cadastral data from all European geoportals is unfeasible through the app, manual input of coordinates retrieved from the geoportal, with some assistance if needed, is recommended for accurate land parcel delineation to maximize app functionality.

A land parcel within the app's context refers to any piece of land delineated by specific corners. Typically, a land parcel may correspond to a cadastral plot or a section of agricultural land designated for specific use, such as apple cultivation. Corner points are determined using GPS (WGS84) coordinates denoting latitude and longitude or alternative coordinate systems obtainable from the geoportal.
